My Account says it's closed, but I don't know why

Firstly please do not panic- unless it's been closed for longer than a few months, we can usually retrieve it without issue. 

Accounts can only be closed by the account holder, by admin, or sometimes automatically  (suspended) when there has been repeated subscription/payment failures. We try to email users to let them know when this happens, but sometimes they still remain unaware.

Occasionally, our payment provider may send out an email to you explaining that your account has been closed (after repeated payment failure attempts), normally the result of insufficient funds or an expired card.  If you have recently updated your card or added funds to your account, your account may auto reactivate, in which case you do not need to do anything further.

If you cannot login, or have received a message that your account has been closed, and you think this may be an error, please contact us, and we will try and get your account up and running again as soon as possible.
