Failed transactions and payments can occur for several reasons, sometimes the message 'something went wrong' appears at checkout, other times, the payment refuses to complete. One of the reasons for failed payment is due to 'bank blocking'. We are a UK based company. Occasionally, a user's bank prevents the transaction due to the bank's overzealous security protocol. In simple terms, it considers a transaction unusual and refuses to allow payment. Another possibility for checkout failure occurs when the card used is not activated for foreign transactions or if the account holder is not permitted to set up reoccurring payments. A very common reason for payment failure is due to insufficient funds in the account being used for payment. 

In all of these situations, it is NOT our bank that is declining the transaction. You would need to check with your bank to see what the issue is and seek advice from them on rectifying the situation. You could also try paying using our payment by PayPal option instead, this often works without such issues.
