Upload problem - "I have taken out a subscription but my account is still showing 'Free user' and I can't upload."
Upgrades are usually processed instantaneously, occasionally, there can be a short delay whilst payments are processed (normally not longer than 5 minutes).
If you have upgraded, and you are unable to upload, wait a few minutes, log out of Songbay then login again, your account should now be updated.
If this does not work:
Empty your browser history and cache, close and reopen your browser, then log in to Songbay again, your account should now be updated.
