Are your contracts exclusive or non-exclusive? Can I sell my work to other people at the same time?

With the exception of copyright exchanges, all sales contracts at Songbay take place on a 'non-exclusive' basis. This means you-the composer or lyricist, retain ALL rights to your work. It also means you can re-license your work to multiple buyers at the same time without any contractual hindrance. It also means you may sell or distribute your work wherever and whenever you wish outside of Songbay.
