We ask users to create a memorable security answer which is required as an additional security check when entering certain areas of Songbay. If you have forgotten your security answer, or your answer has stopped working for some reason, please email us giving the following:

Your artist name and the first line of your registered address, we can then give you instructions on how to proceed.
