Where do I receive a purchased file and completed contract?

Open Sales & Purchases in your Songbay dashboard. Purchased files and completed contracts are downloaded there and are not ordinarily sent as email attachments.

Processing means payment and security checks are still under way and may take several hours. Complete means the contract and file are ready. Action required means the transaction still needs payment, acknowledgement or another issue to be resolved. A payment receipt alone does not mean that a licence has completed.
