I don't think I've received payment for a sale.

Songbay forwards seller payments after completion, fund clearance, and any necessary checks. To perform necessary admin and security checks, and to allow for account processing times, we normally make payment around 14-21 days from the initial sale. For very small payments, we wait until the account has reached $5 before transferring payment, or we include it in our quarterly payout process, whichever comes first. If your Sales/Purchases area shows an incomplete, pending, or interested-buyer message, this usually means the buyer has not fully completed checkout or the transaction did not complete. Please also make sure your PayPal email address is correctly entered in your Songbay Account area, as missing PayPal details can delay payment.
