Can I still use Songbay if I already have a publishing, recording or management deal?

Can I still use Songbay if I already have a publishing, recording or management deal? Yes-Songbay can work concurrently with any company, service or person working for, or on behalf of a songwriter. The only stipulation is that any music or lyrics submitted for sale at Songbay must be entirely original works and not unauthorised arrangements or adaptations of another person's work, that the user must have permission to upload the work to Songbay (this means- must own the rights of the song or lyric, or have permission from the right holder/s to upload to Songbay), and that the work is free from any pre-existing publishing or broadcasting restrictions that might prevent it from being uploaded, licensed or sold at Songbay.
