You may have mistakenly registered as a Buyer Only and taken out a buyer subscription, which will not give you access to the seller features. Please log out, then back in again, and take out a Seller subscription from the Upgrade/Subscribe link in your user area- the direct link is https://songbay.co/membership-options We will then refund your previous subscription. Please also email us so we can double-check your account status.
